Learners
reside in the boarding house, school days, weekends, public holidays and educator
working days. A Full boarder has complete participation in all areas. Weekends
involve activities to facilitate all the above areas and allow Learners the
time to build community and rapport. Majority of our leadership Learners are
full boarders. It is within full boarding that Learners can achieve a strong
balance between academics, sport, activities, service, living skills and
socialisation. Full boarders are expected to participate fully in the boarding
and school environment and adhere to the rights and responsibilities laid out
in The Green Hills Academy Boarding Program.
